Occasionally, however, we may experience problems with availability. In these circumstances you will be notified of any delays and asked whether you wish to proceed with the order. Order confirmation will be sent to you via email within 2 working days of the order being placed.

UK and Northern Ireland: FREE DELIVERY!
We will send your package via the appropriate Royal Mail service. Delivery will be made between 9am and 5:30pm to your preferred address.

Europe and Rest of the world
For non UK & Northern Ireland delivery please contact us, stating your order, and we will invoice you with the additional delivery charge. Examples of charges are given below:

Europe, 50 cups: £6.00
Europe, 100 cups: £12.00
Europe, 200 cups: £24.00

Deliveries for Western Europe will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail.

Rest of the world, 50 cups: £9.00
Rest of the world, 100 cups: £18.00
Rest of the world, 200 cups: £36.00

Deliveries for the rest of the world will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail.

For deliveries to non-EU countries the buyer will be liable for any tax that might be collected once the goods arrive in their country.
